David Donald Crichton and Trevor Francis Thornton, chartered accountants, both of Christchurch, whose office address is at the firm of Grant Thornton, Chartered Accountants, Eighth Floor, AMP Building, 47 Cathedral Square (P.O. Box 2099), Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 10th day of July 1997, they were appointed by Foodstuffs (South Island) Limited to be jointly and severally receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of Cromwell Discount Foodcentre Limited, charged by a certain debenture dated the 28th day of October 1993, given by Cromwell Discount Foodcentre Limited in favour of Foodstuffs (South Island) Limited and Foodstuffs (South Island) Properties Limited.

The receivers and managers have been appointed jointly and severally in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property, goodwill and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, both present and future, including its uncalled capital.

Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of July 1997, John Fredrick Wilson appointed Robert Dougal Samuel, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as receiver and manager of the property of Jones & Hoskyns Limited under the powers conferred in a debenture dated the 25th day of November 1996, given by the company.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of the company’s undertakings and its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled capital.

The offices of the receiver and manager are at the offices of Robert Dougal Samuel, Chartered Accountant, 54 Mandeville Street, Christchurch.
