Robert Graham Forgie, chartered accountant, whose office is Level Two, 423 Titirangi Road, Auckland, hereby gives notice that on 16 July 1997, he was appointed receiver and manager of the property of New Zealand Recyclers Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated 20 November 1995, giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertakings and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future.
