Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (pedestrian access) reserve, over the land described in the Schedule hereto and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Hamilton City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Land at Clayton Ceases to be Road and is Deemed to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares that, the necessary notice having been given to The Mackenzie District Council, the land described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be road and shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
