The Resource Management (Approval of United Water International Pty Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1997

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice:

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of United Water International Pty Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1997.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 7th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Approval as requiring authority—United Water International Pty Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, for its network utility operations for the distribution of water for supply and for a sewerage system.

The Fisheries (Northland Scallop Fishery Season) Notice 1997 (No. F59)

Pursuant to section 369 (5) of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries hereby makes the following notice:

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the The Fisheries (Northland Scallop Fishery Season) Notice 1997 (No. F59).

(2) This notice shall come into effect the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Interpretation—In this notice any reference to the Northland Scallop Fishery means the fishery described in Part III of the First Schedule to the Fisheries Act 1996.

3. Northland Scallop Season—The period commencing on the 15th day of July 1997, and ending with the close of the 14th day of February 1998, shall be the Northland Scallop Fishery season for the 1997 fishing year.
