Notice of the Variation of an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 87q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport, dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that I have varied with effect from 1 June 1997 the international air service licence issued to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited to allow the airline to offer up to 3000 seats per week on services between New Zealand and Hong Kong.

2. Pursuant to Part IV of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 12 June 1997 to delete the Christian Democrats from the component parties listed under the Christian Coalition.
