Notice is hereby given that on 27 March 1996, this Honourable Court ordered the forfeiture of the following motor vehicle owned by the above named, pursuant to section 32 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990
Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre
Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 February 1997, which was granted under those regulations to Suzanne Gail Hutchinson-Stewart, in respect of:
Goodwill Kindergarten, situated at Waikaremoana Place, Pakuranga, Auckland.
The centre has ceased to operate.
This notice shall take effect the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Product ruling No. 97/46 was issued on 4 June 1997. It relates to the establishment of a group investment fund, and the application of sections BB 4, HE 2 (3), and HH 3 (5) of the Income Tax Act 1994.

The terms and conditions of the International Air Service Licence of each of the airlines listed above have been varied as follows:

the licence, termed a “Scheduled International Air Service Licence”, will remain in effect indefinitely unless it is suspended or revoked (in accordance with specific provisions of the Civil Aviation Act), except in the case of a licence where a term has been specified commensurate with the conditions imposed on New Zealand airlines by the relevant authorities in the country where the licensee is based;
