Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (accessway) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Franklin District Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

North Auckland Land District—Franklin District

96 square metres, more or less, being area “A” on S.O. Plan 68689.
229 square metres, more or less, being area “B” on S.O. Plan 68689.

Both forming part of Lot 10, D.P. 24925, situated in Block VII, Awhitu Survey District. Part certificate of title 91D/777. Part Gazette notice B.221036 (New Zealand Gazette, 1983, page 3169). Subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
