Countrywide Banking Corporation Limited at Auckland, being the mortgagee under mortgage No. 144093.3, hereby gives notice that on or about 22 April 1997, it took possession of the property owned by Kurt Anton Trixl and Patricia Irene Trixl at 9 Milton Terrace, Picton, being the property comprised in certificates of title 3A/693 and 3A/694 (Nelson Land Registry).
