Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 229 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955 ("the Act")

David Bryden Davidson and David John Bridgman, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of the above-named company by special resolution of members on the 20th day of May 1997, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Act.

The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of May 1997.

The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts. A copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 213 (8) of the Act.

Creditors and members may direct their inquiries during normal business hours to Dwayne McGorman at the address and telephone number below.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

The liquidators further give notice that they herein fix the 13th day of June 1997, as the day on or before which any creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 286, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or, as the case may be, to object to the distribution.

Notice of Intention to Remove From the Register

And furthermore, the liquidators herein give notice that they intend to make application to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland to remove the company from the Register, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Act, on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed.

Unless written objection is made to the Registrar within 28 days after the date of this notice, the Registrar will remove the company from the Register.
