(c) At Punakaiki in Buller District from a point (Route Position 374/10.68) 240 metres north of the northern abutment of the Porarari River Bridge to a point (Route Position 374/12.02) 1.10 kilometres south of the northern abutment of the Porarari River Bridge, a distance of approximately 1.34 kilometres.

(d) At Punakaiki in Buller District from a point (Route Position 374/12.63) 660 metres north of the northern abutment of the Punakaiki River Bridge to a point (Route Position 388/0.72) 720 metres south of the northern abutment of the Punakaiki River Bridge, a distance of approximately 1.38 kilometres.

(e) At Athol from a point measured 30 metres east of the junction of State Highway No. 6 and Albion Street (at Route Position 1061/2.97) to a point measured 370 metres west of the junction of State Highway No. 6 and Clyde Street (at Route Position 1061/3.79), a distance of approximately 820 metres.

(f) At Frankton from a point 150 metres measured in a southerly direction from Frankton Road (State Highway No. 6) to a point 280 metres measured in a south easterly direction from Kawarua Falls Bridge.

(g) At Invercargill, from a point measured 580 metres north of the junction of North Road with Moore Road (Route Position 1168/0.90), to a point measured 200 metres north of the junction of North Road with West Plains Road (Route Position 1168/2.49), a distance of approximately 1.59 kilometres.

  1. The section of State Highway No. 6A that is between Frankton and Queenstown from a point measured 150 metres in a westerly direction from Marina Drive to a point measured 660 metres in a easterly direction from Suburb Street.

  2. The section of State Highway No. 7 that is at Totara Flat from a point 160 metres measured generally north-east of its junction with Granville Road to a point 950 metres generally south-west of its junction with Granville Road.

  3. The section of State Highway No. 8 that is at Tarras from a point 140 metres measured north-east of its junction with Munroes Lane to a point 40 metres measured south-west of its junction with Jolly Road.

  4. The section of State Highway No. 23 that is at Whatawhata commencing at a point measured 50 metres east of the intersection of Egan Road and State Highway No. 23 (at Route Position 2/9.27) extending in a westerly direction along the State highway for a distance of 830 metres to a point measured 100 metres west of Horotiu Road (at Route Position 2/10.10)

  5. The section of State Highway No. 30 that is at Rotorua commencing at the intersection of State Highway No. 30 (Hemo Road) and State Highway No. 5 (Hemo Road and Old Taupo Road at Route Position 144/0.00) proceeding in a north-easterly direction to a point (at Route Position 144/0.720) measured 720 metres north-east of the intersection of Hemo Road and Old Taupo Road.

  6. The section of State Highway No. 35 that is at Tirohanga from a point (Route Position 0/6.99) 80 metres west of Tirohanga Road, extending in an easterly direction along State Highway No. 35 for a distance of approximately 1.26 kilometres to a point (Route Position 0/8.25) 1.18 kilometres east of Tirohanga Road.

  7. The section of State Highway No. 73 that is at West Melton in Selwyn District from a point 250 metres (measured in an easterly direction) from the eastern boundary of the northern section of Weedons Ross Road (Route Position 15/2.15) to a point 400 metres (measured in a westerly direction) from the western boundary of the northern section of Weedons Ross Road (Route Position 15/2.80), a distance of approximately 670 metres.

  8. The section of State Highway No. 75 that is at Halswell from a point (at Route Position 0/2.77) located 50 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said State highway from Templetons Road to a point (Route Position 0/4.00) located at the intersection of the north-eastern boundary of Dunbars Road with the said State highway.

  9. The section of State Highway No. 88 that is at Dunedin between the Ruru Avenue extension and a point measured 170 metres south of Moa Street.

This bylaw was made by resolution passed at a meeting of Transit New Zealand held in Wellington on the 2nd day of April 1997.

Pursuant to section 70 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, Transit New Zealand hereby makes the following bylaw:

1. Title and commencementβ€”This bylaw may be cited as Transit New Zealand Bylaw 1997/2 and shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Interpretationβ€”The bylaws specified in the Schedule to this notice are hereby revoked.
