Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions will, pursuant to section 94 of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, register an instrument of dissolution of the Manukau Workers Welfare Society, unless within 3 months from the date of the New Zealand Gazette in which this advertisement appears, a member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of the society commences proceedings to set aside the dissolution, and the dissolution is set aside accordingly.

Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income Under Mortgage
Pursuant to Part VIIA of the Property Law Act 1952
The New Zealand Guardian Trustee Company Limited being the mortgagee (“the mortgagee”) under mortgage dated the 9th day of August 1990, No. B. 129981.3 (Wellington Registry) (“the mortgage”) given by Oriental Chambers Limited over the property at 21-23 Cambridge Terrace, Wellington, hereby gives notice that on this 1st day of May 1997 in exercise of the powers conferred by law and under the mortgage, appointed Richard Grant Simpson and Ronald Walton, chartered accountants, jointly and severally, both of Wellington, to be the receivers of the income of the property charged by the mortgage.
The offices of the receivers are at Spicer & Oppenheim, Chartered Accountants, Third Floor, CMC Building, 89 Courtenay Place (P.O. Box 6549, Te Aro), Wellington.
