Road Realignment in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped, and that the said stopped road, now known as

Section 3, S.O. 60356, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 60B/375, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 359818, South Auckland Land Registry.
