Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a papakainga for the common use and benefit of the descendants and beneficiaries of the Arapera Trust Whanau.

Land in Thames-Coromandel District Acquired for Road

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Thames-Coromandel District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
