Land Transfer Act Notice

The certificates of title and memoranda of lease described in the Schedule hereto having been declared lost, notice is given of my intention to issue new certificates of title and provisional leases upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions has, pursuant to section 92 (1) (g) of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, on 1 May 1997, cancelled the registration of

Collingwood Lodge, a branch of the Druids Friendly Society (North Island) NZ, at the request of the lodge, and because the lodge has minimal funds.

Development of a Work Capacity Assessment Procedure by the Accident Rehabilitation and Compensation Insurance Corporation

Pursuant to section 50 of the Accident Rehabilitation and Compensation Insurance Act 1992, the Accident Rehabilitation and Compensation Insurance Corporation has developed a draft procedure to assess capacity for work.

Members of the public are hereby invited to make written submissions on the draft procedure, copies of which, including explanations, are available from all ACC offices.

Submissions should be returned to the address below, no later than 5.00 p.m. on Friday, 20 June 1997.
