Reserves Act 1977

Amendment to a Notice Changing the Classification of a Part of a Reserve and Vesting in The Marlborough District Council

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, hereby amends an error in the notice changing the classification of a part of a reserve and vesting in The Marlborough District Council dated the 3rd day of April 1997 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 32 of 10 April 1997 at page 791, by omitting from the said notice all reference to S.O. Plan 7367 and inserting “S.O. Plan 7267” in its place.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How the Proceeds of Sale May Be Utilised—Local Purpose (Accessway) Reserve Amber Grove, Whakatane

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over the local purpose (accessway) reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that
