Reserves Act 1977

Amendment to a Notice Classifying a Reserve

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby amends errors in the notice classifying a reserve dated the 24th day of May 1995 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1995, page 1363, by replacing the description in the Schedule thereto with the following:
