Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, hereby declares the road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 15D/769 from the 24th day of April 1997.

Amending a Notice Declaring Road to be Stopped, Land to be Taken for Road and Land Acquired for Local Purpose Reserve (Landfill) in the Queenstown-Lakes District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, hereby amends the notice dated the 3rd day of April 1997 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 April 1997, No. 32, page 796, declaring road to be stopped, land to be taken for road and land acquired for local purpose reserve (landfill) in the Queenstown-Lakes District by omitting from paragraph (c) (i) all reference to the area marked “B”.
