Land at Springburn Acquired for a Public School

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a public school and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

1.1257 hectares, being part Reserve 1542. All certificate of title 2D/967.

Land Acquired for River Protection Purposes, Land Declared to be Crown Land and Road Stopped in the District of Marlborough

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Land Information New Zealand, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for river protection purposes and shall vest in The Marlborough District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 42 (3), declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be stopped and shall be dealt with as Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

All those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Cloudy Bay Survey District, described as follows:

2.0430 hectares, situated in Block VI, Cloudy Bay Survey District, adjoining or passing through part D.P. 1201, Lots 4 and 5, D.P. 7404 and part Section 126, Wairau West Registration District; as shown marked “D” on S.O. Plan 7167, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Blenheim.
