Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Techflow (NZ) Limited (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 295 of the Companies Act 1995, that:

(a) It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register under section 293 (1) (e), on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Act.

(b) Any objection to the removal, under section 296, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 16 May 1997.
