Pursuant to section 32 of the Defence Act 1990, His Excellency the Governor-General has approved the following appointments, promotions, extensions, transfers, resignations, and retirements of officers of the Royal New Zealand Air Force.

Officer Cadet Craig Allan Grant is appointed to a commission in the rank of Flight Lieutenant with seniority of 3 October 1992 and with effect from 4 June 1993.

Gordon Barker Hagbood is reappointed to a commission in the rank of Squadron Leader with seniority of 5 March 1986 and with effect from 5 September 1994.

Officer Cadet Shaun Paul Sexton is appointed to a commission in the rank of Pilot Officer with seniority of 28 June 1995 and with effect from 24 November 1994.

David John Forrest is reappointed to a commission in the rank of Squadron Leader with seniority of 24 January 1992 and with effect from 24 January 1995.

Joseph Sylvain Svent Picard is appointed to a commission in the rank of Flight Lieutenant with seniority of, and with effect from, 10 April 1995.

Jonathan David Eyley is appointed to a commission in the rank of Flight Lieutenant with seniority of 6 May 1994 and with effect from 6 May 1996.
