Pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, an order was made in the District Court at Christchurch on the 22nd day of January 1997, against Nathan David Colville for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
Ford Cortina, registration No. UK 4526.

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On the 2nd day of April 1997 at the District Court at Tauranga, Hope Pio of State Highway No. 35, Te Kaha, was convicted and fined $1,000 and to pay Court costs $95 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 12 months following his conviction on the 2nd day of April 1997 for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol.
And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge J. R. Callander has ordered that a Ford Cortina motor vehicle, registration No. JQ 1999, owned by the above-mentioned defendant Hope Pio, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, forthwith this 2nd day of April 1997.

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On the 7th day of April 1997 at the District Court at Tauranga, Howard Garth Turner of Flat 8, 8 Mission Street, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 9 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 2 years from the 7th day of April 1997 following his conviction on the 7th day of April 1997 for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol.
And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. C. McKegg has ordered that a Ford Cortina motor vehicle, registration No. GU 8076, owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Howard Garth Turner, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 9.00 a.m. on the 8th day of April 1997.
