Second Schedule

Those pieces of land situate in Block IX, Kaitieke Survey District described as follows:

(A) That part of certificate of title No. 877/37 marked “A” on D.P. 57841.

(b) That part of certificate of title No. 18A/895 marked “B” on D.P. 57841.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Taken for Road, Road Stopped and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Block IV, Castlepoint Survey District, Masterton County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated 31 October 1986, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 6 November 1986, No. 176 at page 4680 by deleting paragraphs (b) and (d) and Second and Fourth Schedules and substituting the following paragraphs and Schedules:

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road first described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that the area to be stopped shall be incorporated with the land in certificate of title No. 46A/453, Wellington Land District.

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that area when stopped shall be incorporated with the land in certificate of title No. 19B/378, subject to building line restriction K. 31615, and the fencing covenant contained in transfer 361331.2, Wellington Land District.

(d) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land first described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be taken and to be incorporated with the land in certificate of title No. 46A/453, subject to building line restriction K. 31615, and mortgage B. 257169.3, Wellington Land District.

Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land secondly described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be taken and to be incorporated with the land in certificate of title 19B/378, subject to building line restriction K. 31615, and the fencing covenant contained in transfer 361331.2, Wellington Land District.

Second Schedule

Wellington Land District

(i) That piece of road situated in Block IV, Castlepoint Survey District described as follows:

Declaring Part of Road at Oakden Canal to be Stopped and Vested

Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and vested in Her Majesty the Queen for the generation of electricity.
