Declaration Taking Land and Easement for Reserve Purposes

Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, declares an agreement has been entered into that:

(a) The land in the First Schedule be acquired for reserve purposes and vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration by the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) A right of way by foot easement be acquired for reserve purposes and vest in the Crown on the date of reserve purposes.
