The Selwyn Ridge School, Welcome Bay, Board of Trustees Election Notice

Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, under section 101(7) of the Education Act 1989, I approve Friday, 23 May 1997, as the date of the first elections of parent representatives and of a staff representative for the Selwyn Ridge School Board of Trustees.

I also approve Tuesday, 24 June 1997, as the date for the first Board of Trustees meeting.

This notice shall take effect the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Francis Primary School, Point Chevalier, Auckland.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 19th day of March 1997. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 39–45 College Hill, Ponsonby, Auckland.

Resource Management Act 1991

The Resource Management (Approval of Waipori Power Generation Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1997

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment, hereby gives the following notice:

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Waipori Power Generation Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1997.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Interpretation—In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires, “line function services” has the same meaning as in section 2 (1) of the Electricity Act 1992.

3. Approval as requiring authority—Waipori Power Generation Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, for its network utility operation of the supply of line function services.
