Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Whangarei District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to be road which shall vest in The Whangarei District Council; and

(b) Pursuant to section 116, the portions of road described in the Second Schedule, to be stopped.

Land Acquired for Road and Land Declared to be Road in the District of Marlborough

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Land Information New Zealand, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 1, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be road and, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 1, and shall remain vested in the Crown.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 4th day of February 1997 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 13th day of February 1997, No. 13 at page 305, by substituting “...19672...” for “...19603...” in the penultimate line of both Schedules:
