Land Acquired for Recreation Reserve in North Shore City

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The North Shore City Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
