Traffic Regulations 1976

Revocation of Exemption Notices Under the Traffic Regulations 1976 and the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990

Pursuant to regulation 90 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 and regulation 36 of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990, and in accordance with paragraphs (iv) of Schedules 2 of those notices entitled “Exemption from Specified Requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976” and “Exemption from Specified Requirements of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990”, made by myself and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 December 1996 Issue Number 180, at pages 4748 and 4751 respectively, and referenced as au8171 and au8170 respectively, I, Peter Nicholas Rendall, Senior Vehicle Compliance Officer hereby revoke those two exemption notices and the exemptions detailed in respect of those vehicles specified in the notices.
