Te Roopu A Iwi O Te Puke Trust

Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

The Charitable Trusts Act 1957

On the 20th day of January 1997, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 24 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, that Te Roopu A Iwi O Te Puke Trust be liquidated and that Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant of Te Puke, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.

On the 2nd day of March 1997 the above resolution was confirmed by a subsequent meeting of trustees.

The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of March 1997.
