Pursuant to section 24 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Railways and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.
