section 19 (3) of the Act, that being satisfied that all liabilities of the company in New Zealand in respect of such insurance business have been fully liquidated or provided for the purposes to release to the company on or after the 20th day of December 1997, the amount deposited with him by the company.
Any objections to the release of the amount deposited should be lodged with the public trustee at the Public Trust Office, 117–125 Lambton Quay, Wellington 1, on or before the 10th day of December 1997.

Biosecurity Act 1993
Notice Permitting Certain Actions in Relation to RCD For Purposes of Sections 52 and 53 of the Biosecurity Act 1993
In this notice—
“RCD” means the organism known as rabbit calicivirus or viral haemorrhagic disease of rabbits, being an unwanted organism under the Biosecurity Act:
“Wild rabbit” means a rabbit that is not owned by any person.

Pursuant to section 52 (d) of the Biosecurity Act 1993 (as amended by the Biosecurity Amendment Act 1997), I give notice that I permit all persons to—
(a) Communicate, or cause to communicate, RCD to any wild rabbit; and
(b) Release RCD, or cause RCD to be released; and
(c) Otherwise spread RCD (except for spread by way of communication to a rabbit that is not a wild rabbit).

Pursuant to section 53 (2) of the Biosecurity Act 1993 (as amended by the Biosecurity Amendment Act 1997), I give notice that I permit all persons who own or are in charge of an organism that is known or suspected to be RCD, or an organism that is known or suspected to harbour RCD, to—
(a) Sell or offer the organism for sale; and
(b) Multiply RCD, and act in such a manner as is likely to encourage or cause the multiplication of RCD.
The permission given by this notice is given for the purposes of sections 52 and 53 of the Biosecurity Act only, and does not constitute an exemption from the requirements of any other relevant legislation.

Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988
Termination of Imposition of Notice Imposing Countervailing Duty in Respect of Canned Apricots from South Africa
In accordance with section 14 (7) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 (“the Act”), I hereby terminate, with effect from 19 July 1997, the imposition of countervailing duty imposed on canned apricots from South Africa by reason that a review under section 14 (8) of the Act has found that the subsidy programme in respect of which the countervailing duties were imposed has been terminated and there is no longer a need for the imposition of countervailing duty on the goods.
The notice entitled “Final Determination of Subsidy Investigation: Canned Apricots From South Africa” dated 9 May 1997 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 15 May 1997 is hereby revoked.
