Setting Apart Crown Land in Connection With a Road and Declaring Land to be Road in North Shore City
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares:
(a) Pursuant to section 52, the land described in the First Schedule to be set apart in connection with a road, and
(b) Pursuant to sections 20 and 50, that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule is hereby acquired in connection with a road and shall vest in The North Shore City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, and
(c) Pursuant to section 52, the land firstly described in the Second Schedule to be set apart for road, the land secondly, thirdly and fourthly described to be set apart for local purpose reserve (esplanade) and the said pieces of land shall remain vested in The North Shore Council.
