Corrigendum

Amending of Notice of Maori Land Court Sittings—Maori Appellate Court Sittings 1998

The Court sittings scheduled for 1998 as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 October 1997, No. 153, page 3607 for the Aotea District (Wanganui) being the dates as set out in the Schedule thereto, is hereby amended by deleting the dates as set out in the First Schedule hereto and substituting in lieu thereof the dates as described in the Second Schedule hereto.

His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 3 of the Airport Authorities Act 1966, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

Order

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Airport Authorities (The Kaikoura District Council) Order 1997.

(2) This order comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

  1. Consent to Kaikoura District Council establishing and carrying on airport at Kaikoura—Consent is given to The Kaikoura District Council to establish, improve, maintain, operate, and manage an airport (including the approaches, buildings, and other accommodation, and equipment and appurtenances) at Kaikoura on the land described in the Schedule and to acquire additional land for any such purpose.

8.9298 hectares, more or less, shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 7179. Part Section 37, Block IX, Mt Fyffe Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1982, page 661.

Docket 1300 — Parts 1, 91, 119 BR/RNAV/RPN Introduction

—pursuant to section 34(1)(a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990. Comments on this proposal must be received no later than 24 December 1997.
