Pursuant to Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Warranted Officer, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and vested in The South Wairarapa District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares

(i) those portions of road firstly, secondly and thirdly described in the Second Schedule hereto, be stopped and added to the land in certificate of title 13B/924,

(ii) that portion of road fourthly described in the Second Schedule hereto, be stopped and added to the land in certificate of title 43C/463,

subject to all encumbrances registered on the certificate of title on the date of registration of this notice in the Land Titles Office.
