Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Severance Taken in Far North District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to be road which shall vest in The Far North District Council; and

(b) Pursuant to section 116, the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped; and

(c) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken and vested in The Far North District Council.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, hereby amends the declaration dated the 21st day of November 1995, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 21 November 1995, No. 142, page 4649, declaring road stopped and severance taken in Far North District as set out in the Schedule.
