Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Napier.

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road, which shall vest in The Central Hawke’s Bay District Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and further declares:

(i) The road firstly described (now known as Section 1, S.O. 10524) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title B4/533, subject to mortgage No. 598635.1.

(ii) The road secondly described (now known as Section 2, S.O. 10524) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title K1/576.

(iii) The road thirdly described (now known as Section 5, S.O. 10524) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title H1/624, subject to mortgage No. 356665.2, 529833.2 and 379944.1.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 118, declares the road described in the Third Schedule to be stopped and which in accordance with section 345 (3) of the Local Government Act 1974, vests in The Central Hawke’s Bay District Council as esplanade reserve.

(d) Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule (now known as Section 6, S.O. 10524) to be taken under section 119 (1) and which shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title B4/533, subject to mortgage No. 598635.1.
