Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes—Waiohiki Road, Hastings District
Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Napier, declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule (now known as Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 10731 respectively) is acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Hawke’s Bay Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Napier, declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road and shall vest in the Crown subject to the following fencing covenant.
Fencing Covenant
The registered proprietors of part Lot 1, D.P. 82381, comprised in C.T. 49A/102 shall not be liable or called upon to erect, repair or contribute to the erection or repair of any fence between that land and the land described in this Schedule provided that this covenant shall not apply to the benefit of any person who purchases that land subsequent to publication of this New Zealand Gazette.
