Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae for the common use and benefit of Ngati Whakaue, Ngati Tunohopu and associated tribes (Tunohopu Marae).

All that piece of land situated in Block I, Tarawera Survey District and described as follows:

Public Works Act 1981
Land Acquired for Road, Road to be Stopped and Land Severed by Road—Kereru Road, Hastings District
Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Napier:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and shall vest in the Hastings District Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and further declares:
(i) Areas firstly and thirdly described (now known as Sections 3 and 5, S.O. 10203 respectively), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title V2/806, subject to mortgage 520810.2.
(ii) Area secondly described (now known as Section 4, S.O. 10203), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title P1/1135, subject to mortgage 67715.
(iii) Area fourthly described (now known as Section 6, S.O. 10203), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title P1/1136, subject to mortgage 67715.
(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken under section 119 (1) and further declares:
(i) Area firstly described (now known as Section 1, S.O. 10203), shall vest in certificate of title P1/1135, subject to mortgage 67715.
