Section 11c of the Food Act 1981

The New Zealand Food Standard 1996, Amendment No. 5 was issued by the Minister of Health on 1 November 1997.

This standard, and the material incorporated by reference in this standard, i.e., the Australian Food Standards Code, up to and including Amendment No. 36, is available for inspection at the Ministry of Health, 133 Molesworth Street, Wellington.

Copies of both the New Zealand Food Standard 1996 and the Australian Food Standards Code, and their amendments, are available for purchase from any Bennetts Government Bookshop.

The New Zealand Food Standard 1996, Amendment No. 5, will come into force on the 28th day after the date of this notification.
