Vesting of a Reserve in The Hurunui District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in The Hurunui District Council in trust for recreation purposes.

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage, Classification of Reserve and Vesting of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby revokes the appointment of The Hurunui District Council to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, classifies the reserve as a recreation reserve, subject to section 17 of the said Act, and vests the reserve in The Hurunui District Council, in trust for recreation purposes.

Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manager (Protection) of the Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the two areas of reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as Government purpose reserve, for the purposes of wildlife management, and further, declares that the said two areas of reserve shall be added to the Taramaire (Miranda) Government Purpose (Wildlife Management) Reserve.

Classification of Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Bream Head Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Bream Head Scenic Reserve.

Cancellation of Vesting and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby cancels the vesting in The Tararua District Council (previously Pahiatua County Council) and revokes the reservation as a reserve for plantation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
