Harbours Act 1950
Sale of Taranaki Harbour Land
Pursuant to Part IV of the Harbours Act 1950, and to a delegation from the Secretary for Transport, the General Manager, Policy, having obtained pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Act, the concurrence of the Secretary to the Treasury under delegation from the Minister of Finance, hereby approves, pursuant to sections 143A (1) (a) and 143C (1) (b) (i) of the Act, the sale of land referred to in the Schedule below by The Taranaki Regional Council and specifies that this approval is effective from the date of this notice.
Schedule
(a) All that parcel of land containing 3.4929 hectares, more or less, situate in Block IV, Paritutu Survey District, being Lots 1 and 2 on Deposited Plan 9829 and being part Section 137, Omata District and part Maori Reserve 6, Omata District, certificate of title, Volume J2, folio 744 (Taranaki Registry), subject to leases 434316 and 364204.2.
(b) All that parcel of land containing 5.1597 hectares, more or less, situate in the City of New Plymouth, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 9022, being part Section 137 and part Maori Reserve 6, Omata District, certificate of title, Volume C3, folio 1274 (Taranaki Registry), subject to lease 398814.
(c) All that parcel of land containing 3.0351 hectares, more or less, situate in the City of New Plymouth, being Lot 3 on Deposited Plan 8465 and being part of Section 137 and part Maori Reserve 6, Omata District, certificate of title, Volume F4, folio 625 (Taranaki Registry), subject to lease 296700.2.
(d) All that parcel of land containing 4.2808 hectares, more or less, situate in the City of New Plymouth, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 10018 and being part Section 137, Omata District, certificate of title, Volume B3, folio 194 (Taranaki Registry), subject to lease 364204.1.

Exemption From Specified Requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976
Pursuant to regulation 90 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, I, Timothy Neil Bullock, Vehicle Compliance Officer, hereby exempt the motor vehicle specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976 listed in Schedule 2, subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 3.
