Notice is given by Medical Diagnostic Laboratory Services Limited of the following amalgamation proposal affecting the company:

That the company amalgamate with Medlab Hawkes Bay Limited, pursuant to Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993, upon the terms of the amalgamation proposal approved by directors.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of the company or of Medlab Hawkes Bay Limited, or any person to whom the company or Medlab Hawkes Bay Limited is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the companies, situated at care of SGS Investments Limited, Sixth Floor, Toshiba House, 3 Ferncroft Street, Grafton, Auckland, and at the following place: Level Ten, Russell McVeagh McKenzie Bartlett & Co., Tower One, the Shortland Centre, 51–53 Shortland Street, Auckland.

A shareholder or creditor of the company or of Medlab Hawkes Bay Limited, or any person to whom the company or Medlab Hawkes Bay Limited is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to the company or to Medlab Hawkes Bay Limited.
