Take notice that the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch proposes to restore the following company to the Register:

Kailash Limited. Applicant: Wynn Williams & Co, P.O. Box 4341, Christchurch.

The Registrar proposes to act, under section 303 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), on the grounds that the company was still party to legal proceedings at the time it was removed from the Register.
