Take notice that I, Mark Prebble, Acting Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen in the following properties:

(a) Firstly, all that land containing 19.1871 hectares, more or less, situated in the Grey District, being Section 6 of Square 126 in the District of Nelson, comprised in certificate of title, Volume 13, folio 138 (Nelson Registry);

(b) Secondly, all that land containing 13.0232 hectares, more or less, situated in Mawheraiti District, being Section 27 of Block VII, comprised in certificate of title, Volume 17, folio 69 (Nelson Registry); and

(c) Lastly, all that land containing 18.7420 hectares, more or less, being parts of Section 6, Block XI, Mawheraiti Survey District, comprised in certificate of title, Volume 86, folio 206 (Nelson Registry), (“the lands”)

being properties formerly held by Grey River Dredging Company Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register in March 1957, and formerly having its registered office at Wellington.

And I certify that the vesting of the said lands did not come to my notice until the 28th day of August 1997.
