Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, an order was made in the New Plymouth District Court on the 11th day of September 1997 against Mark Raymond Webley for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:

1992 Toyota Corolla, registration No. UQ 2562.

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 8th day of September 1997 at the District Court at Hamilton, Sebastian Emmet Price of 48 May Street, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to 7 months periodic detention following his conviction on a charge of driving with excess breath alcohol (2).

And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge J. L. Rota, has ordered that a

1982 Toyota Trueno, registration No. ON 8183

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Sebastian Emmet Price, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be delivered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton.

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 15th day of September 1997, at the District Court at Tauranga, Natasha Mary Timmins of 7 Pokapu Place, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 6 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 9 months from the 15th day of September 1997, following her conviction on the 15th day of September 1997 for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol.

And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. C. McKegg has ordered that a

Toyota Corolla motor vehicle, registered No. FZ 2288

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Natasha Mary Timmins, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 pm. on the 15th day of September 1997.

Education Act 1989

Merging of Tainui Intermediate School with Balmoral Primary School

Pursuant to section 156A of the Education Act 1989, I hereby declare that Tainui Intermediate School (No. 1974) will merge with Balmoral Primary School (No. 1692) on the 28th day of January 1998, and become a primary school. Tainui Intermediate School will be the continuing school.
