Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

James Terence Taaffe and James Roland McIvor, chartered accountants of Napier, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of New Zealand Womens Bowling Association Inc by special resolution of the members on the 9th day of December 1996, the date that the liquidation commenced.

The liquidation is a formality for the purposes of finalising the affairs of the association which is in the process of amalgamating with Bowls New Zealand Inc.
