On the 31st day of January 1997, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Hyacinth Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Glynis Pamela Carter, chartered accountant of Corbett Carter, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of January 1997.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, Gary Traveller and Vivian Fatupaito, chartered accountants and associate director of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Concept Specialty Advertising Limited.

The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of February 1997.

Notice of Intention to Remove

Application to remove the above-mentioned companies will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e), on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) will be sent to the Registrar, after 22 working days from the date of this notice.

Objections to remove, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar within that period.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 28th day of February 1997, as the day on or before the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims made, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
