Varying the Beneficiaries of a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (5) (d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the beneficiaries of the Maori reservation known as Wairoa Survey District, Section 4, Block V, as shown at New Zealand Gazette, No. 195, page 4607, dated 17 October 1984, are to be varied to include members of the Nga Rauru tribe.
