South Wairarapa District Council

Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The South Wairarapa District Council on 28 August 1996:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The South Wairarapa District Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said council in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby declared to be local purpose reserves (community use) within the meaning of the said Act".

Wellington Land District—South Wairarapa District

707 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 81123; Block XIII, Tiffin Survey District. All C.T. 47C/447.

1245 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 81123; Block XIII, Tiffin Survey District. All C.T. 47C/448.

980 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 11855; Block XIII, Tiffin Survey District. All C.T. 474/192.
