I, Anthony John McCullagh, liquidator of the above-named company whose registered office is situated at Level Fourteen, Tower Two, The Shortland Centre, 55–65 Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 293 of the Companies Act 1955 (“the Act”) and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation in terms of section 231 of the Act, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
