Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register, Huntingdon Holdings Limited (in liquidation), which has its registered office at 11–17 Church Street, Wellington, by request, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955 (“the Act”), on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Act, namely the liquidator’s final report and statement, have been sent to the Registrar of Companies.

The date by which an objection to the removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is 28 days from the date of this notice.
